The personal data controller ensures full transparency in exercising the rights of the subject of personal data as a visitor (user) of the website.
The controller applies and respects articles 9, 11, 16, 23, 24, 25 and 26 of the ZZLP in connection with the guidelines from Recommendation No. R(99)5 of the CMMS for the protection of privacy on the internet.
