Vega Dental Practice (“Owner”) provides internet services to visitors (“User”) through its website vega.mk (“Site”).
The Terms of Use prescribe the conditions and rules for how the Site can be used. If the User does not agree and does not accept the Terms of Use, he should stop using the Site.
The user can use the Site for information and applying for any of the listed job advertisements. The content of the Site may not be used, reproduced, distributed for any other purpose without the consent of the Owner.
The user’s personal data are stored in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and are not transferred to third parties.
All data entered by the User on the Site are protected (encrypted). The site uses secure Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Data is protected using server authentication and encryption, which ensures the security of the User’s data.
The User is aware of the fact that services are sometimes interrupted, or for events beyond the control of the Owner, and agrees that the Owner is not responsible for any loss of data. User agrees and accepts that access to the Site may sometimes be interrupted, temporarily unavailable or disabled.
The owner reserves the right to change the content of the Site at any time.
The Owner is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of the data entered by the User. The Owner reserves the right at any time to delete all related data of the User in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection.
The Owner will not be responsible for any damage that may result from the User’s inability to access and use the Site. Under no circumstances shall the Owner be liable for any loss or damage that may result from the User’s use of the Site’s content. The user is responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information or other content available through the Site.
The seat of the Owner is in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia. Legal disputes that may arise as a result of using the Site (unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement) are under the jurisdiction of the court in Skopje.
