Planning of complex dental cases

Complex dental cases are when people have problems and/or lack of multiple teeth, when chewing function and aesthetics are so impaired, that solving that condition requires the involvement of three or more dental disciplines.*

The diagnosis, the plan of therapy and the performance of therapy in such problems require a high level of competence from the dentist. For this purpose, we at VEGA work in small teams with multidisciplinary competencies, in order to serve complex dental cases with the best possible care.

When patients ask for a solution to their problematic dental condition, our working principle is to first make a detailed dental examination by noting all the relevant parameters in a dental software, then to request appropriate additional analyzes such as a specific X-ray image, laboratory analyzes and/or analysis of models or photos and based on the collected medical data to create therapy plans, which we discuss with the patient at the next visit. At that visit, a decision is made on exactly what will be done and in what order, how long it will take, how many stages there will be, how much it will cost and what can be expected after the therapy is finished.

This principle of our work has proven to be the most successful and grateful in our experience, as evidenced by our many long-term patients.
